      Injection molds are the core for forming plastic products. The mold precision, steel selection, cooling & venting design and ejection structure directly determine the dimensional accuracy, surface quality and production efficiency of plastic parts. Based on customers’ product application and output requirements, we select suitable mold steel and cavity quantity to balance product quality, mold service life and cost.

      Our factory is located in Fanci Mold City, Longshan, Cixi, Ningbo, covering a production area of 2,000 square meters with independent mold workshop and injection molding workshop. The mold workshop is equipped with a full range of processing equipment including CNC machining centers, high-speed engraving and milling machines, EDM machines, grinders and milling machines. We can independently complete the full set of mold processing, assembly and mold trials.

      1. One-stop mold & injection molding solution. Product structure evaluation, mold design, mold processing, mold trial & revision and injection production are all completed in-house. This reduces intermediate handover links and facilitates project schedule and quality control.

      2. Complete mold processing equipment. In-house CNC milling, EDM, polishing, mold fitting and mold trials are available without outsourced processing. Mold lead time is controllable and quick adjustments can be made conveniently.

      3. Customized mold solutions. We select appropriate mold steel according to annual output, dimensional accuracy and appearance requirements. Single-cavity and multi-cavity molds are available, including conventional molds, two-shot molds and overmolding molds.

      4. Pre-project product structure evaluation. DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis will be performed on customer drawings or samples before mold making to identify potential risks such as shrinkage, warpage, difficult demolding and assembly interference in advance. Structural optimization suggestions are offered to reduce mold revision costs at later stages.

      5. Rigorous mold trial and revision process. Mold trials are carried out after mold assembly. Gate, cooling, venting and ejection structures are adjusted according to sample feedback until samples meet customer’s standards for dimension, appearance and assembly.

      6. Supporting mass injection molding. Once the mold is accepted, mass injection production can be performed directly at our factory to achieve integrated mold and injection delivery.

- P20: Versatile grade with good cost performance, suitable for medium-volume products, widely used for conventional cosmetic part molds.

Processing Workflow

      Customer provides 3D drawings or physical samples → DFM product structure analysis & evaluation → Mold proposal confirmation and quotation → Contract signing → Mold structural design → Mold processing (CNC, EDM, polishing, etc.) → Mold assembly → T1 mold trial → Sample submission for customer approval → Mold revision and re-trial based on feedback → Mold acceptance → Mold warehousing, ready for mass injection molding.

      During demand evaluation, customers can submit 2D/3D drawings or physical samples. Engineers analyze product structure and deliver mold proposal and quotation, normally within 1–2 working days.

      Mold design phase covers parting line, gate, cooling, venting and ejection system design. Processing starts after customer confirmation of the proposal.

      Samples are delivered after mold trial. Customers inspect dimension, appearance and assembly performance. Mold tuning and revision will be conducted if needed until final approval.

      Once the mold is accepted, it can remain in our factory for injection production or be returned to the customer upon request.

      Injection workshop adopts Haitian injection molding machines equipped with servo manipulators and high-definition monitoring systems.
