Processing Workflow

      During demand evaluation, customers provide 2D/3D drawings or physical samples. Engineers analyze product structure, mold scheme and material selection. Quotation is generally available within 1–2 working days.

      Mold design confirms key items including gates, parting surfaces and ejection structures.

      All mold procedures are completed in our own workshop, including CNC machining, polishing, mold fitting and mold trials.

      After mold trials, samples are inspected for dimension and appearance. Mold adjustment will be made if necessary, and mass production will start only after sample approval.
